Customer Information

1. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders that are placed before 1PM (GMT) will be dispatched the same working day, any orders placed after this time will be posted the following working day.
• A tracking number is provided to the customer as soon as the information is received by us, in the circumstances that a tracking number is not provided within 3 working days of purchase you should contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ page.
• All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify, should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.
• All orders will be sent via Royal Mail using 1st Class Recorded Delivery, this in turn means that any item delivered by us will require a signature, on larger orders City Link will be used also requiring a signature on delivery. On receipt of your order the contents of package should be checked, else ‘UNCHECKED’ should be signed for on the parcel. Failure to do so may affect any future warranty claims.

2. Returns & Replacements

• We offer a 'no questions asked' return policy for up to 7 days after the date of delivery, should you wish to return an item you should notify us in writing via email on our ‘Contact Us’ page where we will advise you on the next stages
• If you are returning goods it will be your responsibility to return the goods at your own cost (unless deemed faulty). The goods must be returned to the address below, care must be taken to ensure goods are not damaged in transit and in the original conditional including boxes, accessories and the product itself. If the goods are not returned as advised, a charge may be placed for the sum of the direct cost of recovering the goods.
• If the item is faulty within the 14 days after receiving the item you should contact us in writing via the ‘Contact Us’ page. If deemed faulty, once returned we can offer a full refund, replacement or repair of the product. If the item develops a fault after this period please refer to our warranty section on this page

3. Warranty

• All goods supplied by us have a UK warranty and are free from defects for a minimum of 12 months from the date of supply.
• This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.
• If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty you should notify us in writing via e-mail using the ‘Contact Us’ page, within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage or defect.

4. Payment

• Payment of a item must be paid in full before the quantity on the website is reduced, we cannot be held responsible if an order is unable to be fulfilled due to this. Payment must be recieved in full before any item is dispatched.
• DevilShopping can accept PayPal, Bank Transfer and Cheque as a form of payment. Using PayPal gives you the use of credit and debit cards also. Additional methods may be added in the future, this information will be updated following that.

5. Pricing and Promotion

• DevilShopping prices all items at the best quality price avaliable on the UK market, we will do our best to price match any competitor for the quantity offered.
• We reserve the right to remove any products or promotions without reason or notice.
• DevilShopping will be offering many different codes to save you the customer money throughout the year. In order to keep up to date with news and promotional codes you should sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of our pages, we will not abuse or make your information avaliable to any third party.
